Dictation received is worked on immediately and returned to you within 2 hours. In most cases the typed document is actually returned within one hour (depending on the length of the original audio dictation).

Flexibility
Clients can switch freely between the first two service plans by specifying the delivery time needed for each dictation that is sent to Lincoln Lines, this provides our customers further flexibility and cost savings.
Pay-As-You-Go
Payment for the service is a simple and transparent 'pay-as-you-go' structure, with payment being made only for actual audio dictation that has been transcribed. There are no monthly set up fees or basic minimum monthly charges for opening an account or for having access to our transcription resources.
Charge per minute of dictation
The payment structure is based on the amount of audio minutes in the audio dictation that is sent for transcription. So a dictation of 10 minutes in length will be charged at a fixed rate per minute for each of the 10 minutes. A dictation of 20 minutes in length will therefore cost exactly twice the cost of a 10 minute dictation.

Fully itemized monthly billing
This method of charging per minute of dictation provides complete cost transparency to our clients as all digital audio dictations display the time length of the dictation. Fully itemized billing monthly billing provides our customers with a detailed and easy to understand breakdown of the costs incurred per dictation. This will of course enable firms to determine accurately these ancillary charges for each of their own client accounts.
